Good morning,
A big thank you to our incredible Tate families for helping us collect 7 large boxes of books during our Dolly Day book drive! Your generosity is helping us spread the joy of reading far beyond the walls of Tate.
Books were placed in Little Free Libraries throughout Pickens County, giving children and families in our community the opportunity to discover a new favorite book, share a story, and fall in love with reading.
We are so grateful for a school community that continues to show us that a little generosity can make a BIG difference!
Thank you, Tate families, for helping us share the love of reading throughout our county!

Just a reminder, Bulldogs! The deadline for your September reading logs is tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30. We can’t wait to see how many minutes you’ve been reading. Keep reading, keep recording, and finish strong.

It's National Coffee Day... so we celebrate it!
Huge thank you to Sherri Lester with Carter and Cash! Her drinks are always amazing!

Mrs. Lamanac's class is using streamers to move to Vivaldi's "Autumn." They are all autumn leaves in music class.

It's safe to say the new playground equipment on the lower playground was a success! They love it!
Ms. Faucett's class tasted a variety of apples last week. They graphed their favorite apple and then made apple pies with help from Mrs. Gina.

Dolly Day Success
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Tate families and community, we collected 7 large boxes of books to help spread the joy of reading!
We are so grateful to everyone who donated books and helped make this special day possible. These books will now have a chance to travel beyond our school and find new homes in Little Free Libraries across Pickens County.
What an amazing way to celebrate Dolly Parton’s love of books and her belief that every child should have the opportunity to experience the joy of reading!
Seven boxes of books = countless new reading adventures! We can’t wait to see these books make their way throughout our community.
