Happy Monday Tate Families,
We wanted to share the Chick-Fil-A May reading reward with you. May 19th is the cutoff. We know this will be a shorter month, but we know they can still get their required minutes read.
Thank you for helping us help them. They really look forward to turning in their logs and being recognized for their hard work. We couldn't do it without your support.

Congratulations to our April Teacher and Staff Member of the month!

You guys were AMAZING this month. Last month Tate Elementary read a combined 10,964 minutes. This month you tripled it with 33, 891 minutes. We had 68 readers compared to last months 26 readers, we could not be more proud of them.
If your child turned in their reading log ask them to you show you what they received this month, we think you will LOVE it!
Mrs. Parks class won the pizza party with a total of 10,754 minutes.. WOW!!!
The top three readers this month are:
Kaylee Evans - 2,000 minutes
Olivia Gaddis - 1,129 minutes

Finish strong with your May reading logs, due May 19th. Everyone can do this. Books instead of devices! :)
We can't wait to share information about our summer reading incentive!

Kinder puts the "I" in kindness to celebrate kindness day!
Third and fourth graders are given an opportunity to earn tickets during the GMAS testing. Tickets will be drawn at the end of testing. These prizes are purchased with a grant given to us by the generosity of the Eubanks family who are helping us help our students achieve great things!
We are so grateful for their generosity and we are so thankful they love Tate Elementary, our staff, and our students!
