






Meet the 2025 Senior Homecoming Court Representatives
Senior Ainsley Jones plans on attending Shorter University on an athletic scholarship after graduating from PHS. She plans on playing softball for all four years of college and majoring in childhood education. When Ainsley was asked what advice she would give the underclassmen homecoming court nominees, she responded with, “Being nominated for this is an honor, but take it with a grain of salt, stay humble, be a leader, but allow everyone to express their opinions.”
Senior homecoming representative River Becker says her favorite memory from PHS is visiting the final four with the softball team. River says, “Each year we worked our way up from sweet sixteen to final four, and this coming year we have a lot of big plans for the team. So I am excited for what this season holds for us.” After high school, she plans to play college softball and study to be a registered nurse.
Senior MacKenna Jarrett says she plans to go to a four year college and become a labor and delivery nurse. When asked what her greatest accomplishment was during her years at Pickens High School, she mentions winning state for poultry judging and placing 11th at nationals. Some advice she would like to give underclassmen is, “Be thankful for every moment and don’t take anything for granted.”
Senior Abbie Roper says of her years at PHS, “I would say that over the past four years, I have learned so much about myself and the people around me. I've learned that kindness and listening can go a long way and that even small acts can make a difference. ” She says that being nominated for homecoming court makes her feel seen and appreciated by her peers, and that it serves as a reminder that the effort she puts into her school, her friendships, and her community is noticed.
Senior Maddox Ray believes that it is an honor to be nominated by her peers to represent the senior class. Maddox’s favorite memory from PHS is the pep rallies from her freshman year. It was her first taste of high school spirit, and she loved it. Maddox is involved in Hosa, Student Government, and is a member of the varsity girls' soccer team. After high school, she plans to attend a four-year college and get a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.






Junior Hayden Padgett is proud of her many accomplishments, from making a 5 on her AP test to representing her class on homecoming court for the 3rd year in a row. Hayden is part of the PHS soccer team and is a member of a travel team for soccer. Hayden helped her team to place 1st in the preseason tournament. Her favorite part of being a dragon is spending time with her peers both socially and through her participation in sports.
Sarahi Flores is representing the junior class. When asked about her greatest accomplishment at PHS so far, Sarahi said it is being a good representative for her school by being involved in many clubs and activities, such as 4-H and 21st Century, as well as being on the varsity volleyball team. After high school, Sarahi hopes to attend Emory University’s business school or the University of Georgia to double major in finance and business. She aspires to one day become a CEO of a big company.
Junior Isabella Hegenbart is a varsity cheerleader,is the junior representative for FCCLA, and she is involved in DECA.. When asked what advice she would give younger homecoming court representatives Isabella responded, “Do a walk through and practice walking in your heels and dress. Have your escort walk in their attire as well, this ensures everything fits and you and your escort are ready.”
Junior Bree Jewell says she is extremely honored to represent the junior class, and is very thankful for her classmates for voting for her to represent them. She is a member of Nettes varsity basketball, varsity volleyball,and varsity soccer. She is junior class president , editor of the yearbook, serves as a wildlife leader and is a member of Beta Club





Sophomore representative Julianne Nadolski says her favorite memory from PHS so far is playing on the high school soccer team her freshman year. She says of the experience, “I made a lot of new friends, and it was a really great environment.” She says being nominated to represent her class means a lot to her. She is very grateful for everyone who voted for her and feels it is a great opportunity to represent her grade in a positive way.
Bella Bruce proudly represents the sophomore class on the 2025 PHS Homecoming court. Bella shares that she is deeply grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the court, as it allows her to uplift her school community and inspire her peers to strive for their best. Looking ahead, Bella hopes she can continue to help others. Her goal is to attend a four year university and then pursue medical school, with the goal of becoming a radiologist.
Sophia Fitcher says her favorite memory at PHS is having an opportunity to meet new people, and opportunities to do things in our community. She is proud of her involvement in FCCLA, mainly because she appreciates the opportunity to be able to help people. She said she enjoys cheerleading, and is proud to be on the team and represent the school.




Sophia Watkins and Addy Roland
Freshman Sophia Watkins is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to represent her class on Homecoming court, and she hopes that she represents them in a positive and hopeful light. She is a sideline and gameday cheerleader here at Pickens High School and is also involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She hopes that in her four years here she can continue to represent her class through her sports and involvement, and is very excited to see what the future will bring.
Addy Roland is representing the Freshman class on the 2025 Homecoming Court. For Miss Roland, being on homecoming court is a dream come true, she says, “I’ve been wanting to do this since 5th grade.” Beyond homecoming, Addy is also committed to other areas of PHS life. She is an active member of Sources of Strength (SOS), Future Christian Athletes (FCA), and the varsity cheerleading team. According to Addy, involvement in these organizations helps her raise the bar at PHS, as she is surrounded by leaders and role models who encourage her to also be a leader at PHS and raise the bar, and she attributes this to her nomination to homecoming court.
